Shipping policy

Free shipping to Canada and the United States, no matter the order total.

Delivery time
7 to 14 business days after your order.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number.

Customs and import taxes
Canada: import duties and taxes are already paid. You have nothing to pay on delivery.
United States: import duties are covered on our end. If a carrier ever asks you for fees at delivery, contact us and we'll reimburse you.

Late delivery
If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 business days, email us at firsttakeugc@proton.me and we'll take care of it. If your order isn't delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcel
If tracking shows the parcel is lost, or if it arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
