Do I need an adapter?
The projectors are USB powered. The wall adapter isn't included, but a phone charger, a computer, a power bank or a car USB port all work.
Do they run on batteries?
No, they're USB powered. To move them around easily, plug them into a power bank.
How big is the projection?
It depends on the distance to the ceiling or wall. The projection is sharper in a very dark room.
Is it safe for a kid's room?
They run on low-voltage USB power. They are not toys: keep them out of reach of toddlers and use them under adult supervision.
Can I use them in the car?
Yes, with a USB port. Use them when parked or for passengers only: the projection must never distract the driver.
How does the duo deal work?
With 2 or more projectors in your cart, you get CA$5 off each one, so CA$10 off 2 (converted automatically to US dollars for US orders). You can mix the tree and the starry sky. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
How long does shipping take?
7 to 14 business days to Canada and the United States, with a tracking number by email. To receive it before Christmas, we recommend ordering before December 1.
Are there any customs fees?
Canada: no, import duties and taxes are already paid. United States: import duties are covered on our end; if a carrier ever asks you for fees, contact us and we'll reimburse you.
What if it arrives broken or doesn't work?
Send us a photo or video within 30 days: we'll replace it or refund you, with nothing to send back.
