Do I need an adapter?
They're USB powered. The wall adapter isn't included, but a phone charger, a computer, a power bank or a car USB port all work.
How big is the projection?
It depends on the distance to the ceiling or wall. The projection is sharper in a very dark room.
Is it safe for a kid's room?
They run on low-voltage USB power. They are not toys: keep them out of reach of toddlers and use them under adult supervision.
How long does shipping take?
7 to 14 business days anywhere in the US, with a tracking number by email. For Christmas, we recommend ordering before December 1.
Are there any customs fees?
Import duties are covered on our end. If a carrier ever asks you for fees at delivery, contact us and we'll reimburse you.
What if it arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 30 days: we'll replace it or refund you, with nothing to send back.
