Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number.
Customs and import taxes
Canada: import duties and taxes are already paid. You have nothing to pay on delivery.
United States: import duties are covered on our end. If a carrier ever asks you for fees at delivery, contact us through the Contact page and we'll reimburse you.
Late delivery
If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 business days, write to us through the Contact page and we'll take care of it. If your order isn't delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Lost or damaged parcel
If tracking shows the parcel is lost, or if it arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
