Tracking

Customs and import taxes
Canada: import duties and taxes are already paid. You have nothing to pay upon delivery.
United States: we cover import duties. If a carrier asks you to pay fees upon delivery, write to us through the Contact page: we will reimburse you.
Delivery delays
If your parcel has not arrived after 20 business days, write to us through the Contact page: we will take care of it. If your order is not delivered within 30 days after the expected delivery date, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows that the parcel is lost, or if it arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
