Do I need an adapter?
The projectors plug into USB. A wall adapter isn't included, but a phone charger, computer, power bank or car USB port will work.
Do they run on batteries?
No, they are USB powered. To move them around easily, plug them into a power bank.
How large is the projection?
It depends on the distance from the ceiling or wall. The projection is clearer in a dark room.
Are they safe for a child's room?
They use low-voltage USB power. They are not toys: keep them out of reach of young children and use them under adult supervision.
Can they be used in a car?
Yes, with a USB port. Use them only when parked or for passengers: the projection must never distract the driver.
How does the duo offer work?
With 2 or more projectors in your cart, you save CA$5 on each, or CA$10 on 2 (automatically converted to US dollars for orders to the United States). You can mix and match the Christmas tree and starry sky projectors. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
How long does shipping take?
7–14 business days to Canada and the United States, with a tracking number sent by email. To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering before December 1.
Are there customs fees?
Canada: no, taxes and import duties are already paid. United States: we cover import duties; if a carrier asks you to pay fees, contact us and we will reimburse you.
What if it arrives broken or doesn't work?
Send us a photo or video within 30 days: we will replace it or refund you, with no return required.
