Shipping policy

Free shipping anywhere in Canada, no matter the order total.

Delivery time
7 to 14 business days after your order.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number.

Customs and import taxes
Import duties and taxes are already paid. You have nothing to pay on delivery.

Late delivery
If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 business days, email us at firsttakeugc@proton.me and we'll take care of it. If your order isn't delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcel
If tracking shows the parcel is lost, or if it arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
