30-day satisfaction guarantee

Defective, broken or not as described
Email us at firsttakeugc@proton.me within 30 days of delivery, with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery if it hasn't been used and is in its original packaging.
1. Email us at firsttakeugc@proton.me with your order number. We'll send you the return address in Canada.
2. Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment.
3. Once we receive the product, we refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to show up.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as possible.

Legal warranty
This guarantee is in addition to the warranties provided by law, including the legal warranty under Québec's Consumer Protection Act: the product must be fit for its intended use for a reasonable period of time.
